Butternut Squash Soup

1 butternut squash
1 pumpkin (or 1 can puree)
extra-virgin olive oil
salt
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
0.5 teaspoon cinnamon
1 Tablespoon margarine
1. Cube, salt, and roast vegetables.
2. Toast spices whole then grind.
3. Blend all, cut heat and add margarine.
