1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup sorghum flour
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1 cup almond milk
1 egg
1/3 cup vegetable oil
teaspoon cinnamon
teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon anise seed
butter
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
2. Coat pan in butter and brown lightly in the oven.
3. Whisk dries together.
